TERRY OUT OF ACTION AGAINST PSG SAYS HIDDINK

Chelsea captain John Terry set to miss PSG match - Guus Hiddink

Chelsea legendary defender John Terry may not be fit for  Chelsea's Champions League round-of-16 2leg tie against Paris Saint-Germain after making slow progress in his recovery from a hamstring injury, Guus Hiddink has confirmed.
Speaking at press conference on Friday, Hiddink said,
"I don't think John will make Wednesday," Hiddink said. "There has not been enough development to put him on the list. The injury is not worse. This morning, he did training and treatment. He can run, but cannot go into a longer stretch where you have to accelerate. He has to be careful."
Asked if Terry's physical state would still be assessed in Monday's scheduled training game at Cobham, Hiddink replied: "No. I think when he is ready to do so, maybe on Tuesday, but I don't think he will make it. Hopefully, let's see what can be done for [Chelsea's FA Cup quarterfinal against Everton] next weekend.

Chelsea will look to overturn a one-goal deficit when PSG visit Stamford Bridge on Wednesday.
It is the third successive year that the two teams have met in the knockout stage of the Champions League and Hiddink believes the Blues are clear underdogs, despite both previous ties being settled on away goals.
"We are the underdog now," he said. "We are not the favourites. We have now regained confidence and have quality, but PSG can rest five, six or seven players [for their goalless Ligue 1 draw with Montpellier on Saturday]. Let's be very tough underdogs.
"We need to be angry in a controlled way on Wednesday. The players must be fully concentrated because PSG are a class team and they will punish you if you start sloppy."
