L'Equipe reported on Monday that PSG have decided to make Neymar, 24, their No. 1 transfer target this summer.
The Brazil captain has two years to run on his current deal at Barca and his father said in February that discussions on an extension would not start until May.
Negotiations have been slowed by an ongoing court investigation into Neymar's switch from Santos to Barca in 2013, but the player said in January that he still had "years" left at the Camp Nou.
Ribeiro also suggested that a move in the short-term is unlikely but revealed that if PSG's interest became more concrete then Neymar would seriously consider the offer.
"What I can confirm to you is that Neymar has a contract with Barca until 2018," Ribeiro told L'Equipe. "He feels good in Barcelona, he's liked over there and he's playing for the best team in the world.
"It's no small feat to impose yourself at such an enormous club. But the prospect of living in a city like Paris and to play for a club like PSG -- that's also a dream for every player. We'll see in two years, when he will be at the end of his contract."
"A contract can also be terminated provided that the release clause is paid. It's huge: €193m. But I don't think that might be an insurmountable problem for PSG."
Ribeiro said he had a good relationship with PSG sporting director Olivier Letang and club president Nasser Al-Khelaifi, but that the end of the season was the time to talk with them about a potential transfer.
