Klopp's Liverpool take on Dortmund at the Westfalenstadion in the first leg of their Europa League quarterfinal first leg.
The match will mark the German coach's return to the side he managed for seven years, winning two Bundesliga titles and reaching the 2013 Champions League final.
German broadcaster Sport1 had planned to have a "Klopp Cam" whereby the enigmatic manager's emotions and movements would be monitored for the duration of the 90 minutes.
However, there will instead be a "Super Cam" which will feature the stands, both coaches and the Sport1 commentator for the match.
Asked about the plans for "Klopp Cam," the Reds boss said in the Liverpool Echo: "That's the first time I have heard about it. You see how crazy the world is?!
"They can't put a camera in my face. I know the way in Dortmund -- off the bus, into the dressing room and no-one allowed in, only us.
"Then we go out, stairs down, through the tunnel, into the stadium. It is always like this. It is loud, it is a big crowd and for the players everything is like it always is and that is the most important thing.
"I don't play. If someone is silly enough to want to see my face for 90 minutes during a game I cannot change the world.
"I can't believe it is like this but if it is true I have to think about whether I will really talk with this television station in my life again. I'm pretty sure I will not, if I don't have to.
"Maybe they will think about that because I have done a few interviews with them until now. But that's how it is. I know I am only one part of the game but if people around me act differently I can't change that and I don't care about it.
