Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri has said his side can cope with injuries to
three key players as they prepare to face Bayern Munich in the Champions
League on Wednesday.The old lady of Turin depart for Germany but are without Giorgio Chiellini, Paulo Dybala and Claudio Marchisio.
But Allegri told Mediaset television: "Juve have a big enough squad with big enough players to cope.
"We just need to play and be positive, and let our strength prevail. We've got to be up to the challenge, play a great game and, if we do well and have some luck, then we will go through.
"If we don't play a great game, then we're not going to have much of a chance, so we don't need to think too much -- we just need to play.
"Bayern may control 60-70 percent of possession, but they have weaknesses and we've seen them."
Allegri said it had been his decision to leave Dybala, who picked up a calf strain in training on Monday, in Turin.
"I decided to avoid any risks," the coach said. "There are still two months of the season to go, and we are still fighting on all fronts.
"Having said this, we don't need to look at the players who are missing. It's going to be one of the best Juve sides.
"I'm sorry that they are not here. I'm sorry for them, but where's the drama? Whoever takes to the field tomorrow night will play a great game, I'm sure of it."
In the absence of Dybala, one of those players will be Alvaro Morata, who Allegri said he would "struggle to leave out anyway."
He added: "It just happens that fate has made my mind up. We've got to win or get a 3-3, so we need a great performance. But they are more scared than we are."
