Javier Hernandez suspended as Bayer Leverkusen troubles increase

Mexico and Bayer Leverkusen striker Javier 'Chicharito' Hernandez will miss his side's match at Augsburg on Saturday after collecting a fifth yellow card in the 4-1 home thrashing by Werder Bremen.
The result increases the pressure on coach Roger Schmidt, who has been linked with a move away in the summer, with the club's hopes of European qualification fading.
German football paper kicker said he had "hit a low" and added: "Whoever does not manage to get the best out of players such as Wendell, Hakan Calhanoglu, Christoph Kramer or Julian Brandt does not need to question the players, but himself."
"I think that was a dead loss. We lacked everything," Kramer told reporters after the match.
Leverkusen sporting director Rudi Voller added: "It hurts. It's difficult situation for the club. We've got so many injured players."
They were without key players like Jonathan Tah, Kevin Kampl and Stefan Kiessling, and lost full-back Roberto Hilbert with a shoulder injury 20 minutes from time.
On Thursday, the club said the 31-year-old had suffered a collarbone fracture and would be out for six weeks.
But Voller said: "Still, the remaining players could have done it better. We have to eat humble pie now, but we should not wallow in self-pity."
