WEST BROM AND CHELSEA CHARGED BY FA OVER PLAYERS CONDUCT

Diego Costa reaction to Boaz Myhill during Chelsea's draw with West Brom

Chelsea and West Brom have been charged by the Football Association in the wake of Wednesday night's 2-2 draw.

Both clubs are charged with failing to control their players during a second-half incident, one of several during a heated Premier League game.
The mass confrontation was sparked by Diego Costa's reaction to an off-the-ball tangle of legs with West Brom midfielder Claudio Yacob.
Yacob had already been booked, but referee Anthony Taylor did not show a second yellow card and Tony Pulis substituted the player moments later.
Chelsea have twice this season been fined for the same offence, once after September's 2-0 win over Arsenal and again following a defeat at West Ham in October.
West Brom were hit with a £25,000 penalty following a similar incident during last month's home game against Tottenham.
The clubs have until 6pm on Wednesday to respond to the charges.
