It was the first time all season that Leicester, who played without Jamie Vardy and Riyad Mahrez, went an entire first half at home without creating any scoring chances from the run of play.
Nacer Chadli doubled the visitors' lead in the second half when Son played the Belgian through with a nice ball into the penalty area that Chadli slotted past Leicester keeper Kasper Schmeichel.
The teams were facing each other for the third time since their first FA Cup meeting on Jan. 10, which ended in a 2-2 draw and forced Wednesday's replay.
